　　1. Blue in the face

　　藍(lán)色blue通常表現(xiàn)的情緒是抑郁、苦悶。Blue in the face指因?yàn)榍榫w激動(dòng)、生氣引起的臉色發(fā)青，有臉紅脖子粗的意思。

　　例句：

　　You can criticize him until you're blue in the face, but you'll never change his personality.

　　2. Head in the clouds
