I'm just looking. 當(dāng)你走入一家店時(shí)，促銷員都會(huì)問你想買什么，如果你還不知道你想買什么，這是對(duì)"Can I help you find anything?"最佳回答。
Where are your fitting rooms? 如果你看到中意的衣服，當(dāng)然要試穿一下，你就可以向售貨員提出這個(gè)問題。然而在英國(guó)，你要問的應(yīng)該是changing rooms.
Does this come in other colors? 如果你發(fā)現(xiàn)你很喜歡某件商品，但想要不同的顏色，就問售貨員這個(gè)問題。
Do you have this in other sizes? 你找到了絕佳的假日服裝，但卻沒找到你的尺碼!用上面的問題詢問售貨員，他或她就有可能向你提供最合適的著裝。
Do you have any of these in stock? 你看到櫥窗中有，但是商品區(qū)卻沒有這種商品。去問營(yíng)業(yè)員是否有l(wèi)eft in stock，可能儲(chǔ)藏室還有些呢。
Can I put this on hold? 不確定你是否找到了最好的禮物?只要讓售貨員"put it on hold"，那么他們會(huì)將商品為你保留一到兩天。那樣的話，在你繼續(xù)到處看看的時(shí)候那件商品也不至于馬上消失。

It's on the third floor. *on the...floor是“(樓的)……層”。美國(guó)的1樓是the first floor，2層是the second floor。英國(guó)的1樓是“the ground floor”,2樓是“the first floor”，兩種說法相差1層，所以要注意。
是往下?
Going down? *乘坐電梯時(shí)向?qū)Ψ皆儐?ldquo;是下樓嗎?”，如果問“是上樓嗎?”可說Going up?。
